Shipping and Returns
Studio Cennen online is a collective of artist and makers, each individually responsible for packaging and shipping their work. Each artist will have their own own set of circumstances to deal with regarding the posting of their work, particularly those living in very rural environment where a trip to the post office is an event in itself, therefore services may be slower than usual.
Our Standard Delivery should be with you within 3 -5 working days.

Each parcel is being handled with care by each artist, following all official UK government advice.
Both Royal Mail and DHL are operating a contactless delivery service.
If you are concerned about receiving parcels , consider leaving a package in a safe location such as a garage for a few days before opening it.
We also aim to use environmental friendly packaging which may sometimes include recycled packaging.
To make things simple we have included the price of UK standard delivery in the cost of most of the artworks.
If you are purchasing multiple pieces from the same artist we may be able to refund some of the shipping costs.
Larger or framed and glazed pieces will require specialised shipping couriers, the prices of these pieces will be worked out after purchase.Alternatively please email or call to discuss shipping options.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase once received, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To return any items you must contact us in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please do not ship the item(s) until you have received a response from us via email confirming your return.
Please Note: We will only accept the return of item/s if they are in unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging or packaging of the same quality and shipped to the artist at your expense
All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds on pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons however this does not affect your statutory rights.
Once we have received your email, one of our team will be in touch confirming whether you are eligible for a return or exchange. In the case of a refund, the amount owed will be issued to the original source of payment excluding shipping costs and international customs fees, if applicable. These will be made within 10 business days of the return.
You do not have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract between us for bespoke orders, such as editions, or where a product has been made to your specifications and is clearly personalised unless that product is faulty.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your ‘statutory rights’ under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
