The work gathers around light and colour in a personal mythology journeying within a ‘golden grove’. Trees, flowers, the human figure, are natural themes manifest as artefacts, sometimes held in spatial compositions, forming installations on a ‘domestic’ scale.

Artworks may include bronze sculpture, materials sympathetic to light, paintings and drawings, each transforming the ephemeral into a dance of permanence and light as a medium of exploration. An atmosphere borne of meditation is a guiding inspiration.

Siân has collaborated over the last 25 years in a studio with Andrew Lacey, specialising in bronze sculpture on an array of commissions with museums, galleries and institutions globally. The crucible of this multi-disciplinary studio is now based in west Wales.
