Alison Ross : Painter : Criccieth

Alison Ross is a self-taught painter, sculptor and poet based in North Wales.

Her figurative paintings explore the space between reality and imagination, where memory and the everyday gently overlap. People, animals and landscapes inhabit still, sometimes dreamlike worlds, inviting the viewer to find their own stories within them.

Poetry is an integral part of her practice, with words and images often growing from the same idea.
