Jon’s collage, printmaking and painting are inspired by the townscapes, landscapes and nature of Wales and are often produced on location.  His love of pattern, paper and texture inform both his abstract and figurative work.

In the studio, Jon aims for a similarly intuitive approach where layers of paint or collage show history and a willingness to embrace the freedom to change within the working process.
