Collection: Fiona Lanc : Artist : St Clears

Fiona Lanc is a self-taught artist, based in St Clears. Her mother and grandmother painted all their life and she finally followed their example during lockdown in 2020. Although regretting she didn't start earlier, she is now making up for the lost time and loves immersing herself in creating artwork. Her soft pastel paintings are generally of flowers or local Carmarthenshire landscapes, using a delicate touch to portray the skies or beaches. She also enjoys working in watercolour, using this medium for whimsical illustrations, and in acrylic on larger canvases. She paints from the heart, using her imagination and love of the subject matter.
