Precious

This artwork questions the notion of what we most value. Jewellery and specifically the solitaire ring, is used as a vehicle, where the expected precious stones are replaced by forms from the natural world.  

This is a display piece, not to be worn.

Five patinated sterling silver rings, one silver cast Chinese lantern, four natural seed heads, porcelain plinths and hand blown glass domes.
